Applications are now being accepted for the 2009 academic year.
The application period extends from May 27 to October 1, 2008. It is essential
that applicants read the program description prior to filling out the
application, especially the sections regarding expectations. www.hhmi.org/grants/sea/initiative.html
A NOTE ABOUT THE APPLICATION
The SEA application is an interactive PDF file, which means you can
enter information directly on the application. Please be aware that there are
special instructions at the end if you do not have an electronic signature
file. To learn about creating a digital signature, in Acrobat Reader,
go to Document > Security Settings > Digital IDs. Click: Add ID. Follow
the instructions as they relate to your situation.
Before returning your application, be sure to save a copy for your
records. The finished application should be saved using your institutional
acronym in the name, i.e., SEA_application_OSU.pdf and then forward to
natexp@hhmi.org.
